1. What distinguishes Wisdom of Africa line of products from any other? Wisdom of Africa is a unique and original spa concept consisting of an array of products and treatments focusing on the individuals’ well being. Each product is designed to help the individual to achieve a balance between body, mind and soul. The product line is divided into the Grape Therapy™ and Soul of the Earth™ line.
2. What are the main ingredients of the two product lines? Wisdom of Africa is committed to using only the best naturally-derived native ingredients in all of their products which comprise two ranges, namely; Soul of The Earth™ and Grape Therapy™, both embracing the ancient traditional therapeutic heritage of Africa. These ranges are based on an inspirational blend of indigenous African plants, grapes and essential oils, including: Kalahari Melon, Baobab Oil, Honey Bush Tea, Buchu, African Ginger, Mongongo Nut, Cape Aloe and Sunflower Oil.
3. What are OPCs and their benefits in skin care? OPCs -oligomeric proanthocyanidins-are naturally occurring substances found in a variety of food and botanical sources. They are unique phytochemicals known as flavonoids that have powerful antioxidant capabilities. They are highly water soluble and they absorbed rapidly by the body. They are fifty times more potent than Vitamin E and twenty times more potent than Vitamin C, in terms of bioavailable antioxidant activity. They protect, repair and strengthen various organs of the body, as well as supporting the immune system and slowing the aging process.
4. Are there any chemicals used? WOA products are free from all chemical substances; they do not contain any mineral oils, added fragrances, artificial colors and are not tested on animals. Neither excessive heat nor anti-freeze drying processes are used throughout manufacturing and this is extremely crucial to the overall quality of the finished product.
5. How long will it take for my products to be delivered? Merchandise will be delivered via UPS, USPS, or FedEx.  Merchandise will be delivered via standard ground transportation, which takes 7-10 business days. Processing time for in stock items is approximately 2 business days. Delivery times do not include processing time. A tracking number will be emailed to the address provided during checkout.
6. Where does Bosse Spa & Style ship to? At this time Bosse Spa & Style only ships merchandise to the contiguous U.S. states. Additional charges will be applied to merchandise shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.
7. What is the return policy of Bosse Spa & Style? All orders are shipped domestically only. Bosse Spa & Style is not responsible for lost or damaged goods once the merchandise is placed in the hands of the carrier. In case of damage or loss, notify the carrier immediately to file a damage claim. Please refer to you e-receipt for your carrier. The merchandise may be mailed back to us within 14 days of receipt. Prior to returning the product you must request a RMA # by emailing returns@somadayspa.com.
8. I returned a Wisdom of Africa product that I purchased online.  Will my shipping cost be refunded? No refunds are given on shipping and handling charges.
9. I’d love to give a gift certificate to a friend.  Can I purchase it online or do I need to call Bosse Spa & Style directly? Bosse Spa & Style has the ability to sell gift certificates online securely.
